Terms & Conditions

1. Appointments & Bookings

  • All appointments must be booked in advance.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.

  • Appointment times are allocated specifically to each client. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation.

2. Deposits & Payments

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • The remaining balance is payable on the day of your appointment.

  • Faces by Dua reserves the right to refuse treatment if full payment is not made.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours will result in loss of deposit.

  • Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will result in loss of deposit and may require full payment upfront for future bookings.

4. Medical Disclosure & Consent

  • Clients must complete a consultation and consent form prior to treatment.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical information.

  • Faces by Dua is not liable for complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions or medications.

5. Treatment Suitability

  • All treatments are subject to professional assessment.

  • Faces by Dua reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if deemed unsuitable, unsafe, or not in the client’s best interest.

  • In such cases, deposits remain non-refundable.

6. Results & Expectations

  • Individual results vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, and medical history.

  • No guarantee can be given regarding the outcome or longevity of any treatment.

  • Multiple sessions may be required to achieve desired results.

7. Aftercare Responsibility

  • Clients must follow all aftercare instructions provided.

  • Faces by Dua is not responsible for adverse results caused by failure to follow aftercare advice.

8. Refund Policy

  • No refunds are offered for treatments already carried out.

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • Courses, packages, and promotional treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

9. Age Restrictions

  • Clients must be 18 years or older for aesthetic treatments.

  • Valid photo ID may be request

10. Behaviour & Conduct

  • Any abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of treatment.

  • Faces by Dua reserves the right to refuse future bookings without refund.

11. Photography & Marketing

  • Before-and-after photos may be taken for medical records.

  • Marketing use of images will only occur with explicit written consent.

  • Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

12. Liability

Faces by Dua shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from:

  • Failure to disclose medical information

  • Failure to follow aftercare advice

  • Unrealistic treatment expectations

13. Changes to Terms

  • Faces by Dua reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • The latest version will always be available on the website.

14. Governing Law
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
